If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask that you give us a minimum of 24 hours notice. This allows us to fill your spot with another client who may be waiting for an appointment. If you do not show up for your appointment or fail to give us the required notice, you will be considered a "no-show."
In the case of a "no-show," we reserve the right to charge you the full price of the service that was missed. This charge must be paid in full before you can book any future appointments with us. We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances may arise, and in these cases, we may make an exception to this policy at our discretion.
We also ask that you provide us with a valid phone number and email address when booking your appointment. This allows us to contact you in case of any changes or cancellations to your appointment. Failure to provide accurate contact information may result in us being unable to reach you in the event of a cancellation.
